1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and PlayPKR ("the platform", "we", "us"). By accessing playpkr.onl, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services available on the platform including but not limited to: sports betting (Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports), live casino, slot games, fish games and bingo. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or features may apply alongside these general Terms. Where there is a conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use PlayPKR. This is a strict requirement and not negotiable. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or above and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your location.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without prior notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password.

• PlayPKR will not be liable for losses resulting from you sharing your account credentials or from unauthorised access that could have been prevented by the player.
• Account names must match the name on your registered payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account). Mismatches may delay or block withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on PlayPKR are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no currency conversion — your balance, stakes and winnings are all in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page in your account.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer.
• PlayPKR does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Funds deposited to PlayPKR are for gaming purposes only and may not be transferred directly to another player.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
• A minimum wagering requirement may apply before withdrawal is permitted — check current promotion terms for details.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are generally faster than bank transfers.
• PlayPKR reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud checks or investigation of suspected Terms violations.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and markets available on PlayPKR, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports. Specific sport rules and market rules are detailed in the relevant betting section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Quoted odds may change before a bet is confirmed; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• All bets are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits, which vary by market and event.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• PlayPKR reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors in odds, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control (including match abandonment where applicable rules dictate).
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at the discretion of PlayPKR. Bets placed before suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is voided.
• For PSL and other cricket markets: if a match is abandoned or reduced significantly by weather, specific market settlement rules apply as stated in the cricket betting section. Players should review these before betting.
• Winnings from bets are credited to your PlayPKR account balance in PKR following official result confirmation.
• PlayPKR reserves the right to limit bet stakes for any individual player or market at our discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PlayPKR may offer bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. PlayPKR reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from players whose betting patterns suggest abuse of promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• PlayPKR reserves the right to modify, withdraw or expire bonuses at any time. Active bonuses in progress will be honoured where wagering requirements have already been partially completed.
• Players who hold more than one account are not eligible for any bonus offers. Duplicate account holders forfeit all bonus amounts.
• Bonuses are denominated in PKR and credited to your PlayPKR balance in PKR.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PlayPKR. Violation of any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets and winnings, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering more or operating more than one account per person.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic or automated methods not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access by anyone under 18 years of age.
• Match fixing: Any involvement in match fixing, spot fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing third parties to access or operate your account.
• Misleading information: Providing false identity, age or payment information during registration or verification.

PlayPKR monitors accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, PlayPKR may void all associated bets and transactions, close the account and retain any balance pending investigation.

8. Privacy & Data

PlayPKR collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use. This includes your name, contact details, payment information and betting activity. Data is used to operate and improve the platform, process payments, verify identity and comply with fraud prevention requirements.

• Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is handled securely and is not stored in plain text.
• PlayPKR may share data with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks) as necessary to process your transactions.
• You have the right to request a copy of data held about you or to request deletion of your account data, subject to any legal retention requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Suspension & Account Closure

PlayPKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity or age information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or collusion.
• Chargebacks or reversed transactions initiated by the player.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in our operational policies.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method in PKR.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

PlayPKR provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• PlayPKR is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party payment provider delays.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly accepted bet or incorrect payout, PlayPKR reserves the right to correct the error. This includes voiding bets placed at obviously incorrect odds caused by a system fault.
• PlayPKR is not responsible for any financial decisions made by players based on their gaming activity. Gaming outcomes are subject to chance and/or house edge; no outcome is guaranteed.
• Our total liability to any player in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
